What’s your refund policy?

Classes are intangible. Therefore any and all payments and deposits paid towards any scheduled class(es) are non-refundable. 

If for some reason you need to cancel a scheduled class, any and all payments and deposits will gladly be transferred to another scheduled class. 

Any student requesting to reschedule a class, will incur the rescheduling fee of $150.00 

Do you offer ongoing customer service?

YES, of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable Office Manager and Trainers are available to answer your questions daily from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm by calling the corporate office at (972) 972-8659 or via our Google Voice/Text number at (210) 960-5274 (LASH).

Can I take more than one class at a time?

Yes you can register to take more than one class at a time. For example: you can take the PMU Class and add on the Eyelash Extension Training Class. You will also receive a discount for bundling two classes in the same week.

We also offer discounts for salon/spa groups for 3 or more attendees

After my class, where do I buy products to replenish my kit?

Lux Lash & Brow Company sells eyelash, eyebrow, Microblading and all Permanent Make-Up supplies and tools. 

We sell a variety of PMU machines, pigment colors in liquid and creams, Microblading tools, PMU/Microblading accessories, needles/blades, lash extensions, brow extensions and more.

Please note: To insure that our products do not end up in the wrong hands of unlicensed and unqualified individuals, we only sell our products to our certified students! 

Questions you should ask yourself "prior" to signing up for classes...

  • Does this class teach ALL the basics and fundamentals for PMU applications?

  • Is the training academy registered with the state health department?
  • Does this training school maintain a physically clean and strict environment?

  • Will I be able to apply permanent makeup on live models with my trainer present?

  • Will I leave the training class feeling confident and ready to perform on real clients on my own?

  • Does my trainer have at least five years’ experience as a permanent makeup artist and trainer?

  • Will my trainer be available for ongoing critiques, questions, support and assistance far beyond the end of my training class?

  • Will my trainer provide guidance and referrals to an insurance company to obtain proper PMU insurance?

  • Have I contacted “my” state health department for it’s regulations and requirements for Permanent Make-Up (Cosmetics) Tattooing?
